By joining the Zenova Creator Partner Program, you (“Creator”) agree to the following terms and conditions with We Are Zenova, Inc. (“Zenova,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Program Overview

The Zenova Creator Partner Program allows approved content creators to earn commission by promoting Zenova products, including but not limited to:

Zenova Modular Flex Space (10×12)

Zenova Floating Platform

Vanova Modular Camper Box System

Creators are compensated based on verified sales generated through their unique tracking links.

This program is performance-based. There are no guaranteed earnings.

2. Eligibility & Approval

Participation is by approval only

Zenova reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion

Creators must produce original content aligned with Zenova’s brand values (modular living, innovation, freedom, transparency)

3. Commission Structure

Creators earn affiliate commission + creator performance bonus, when applicable.

Base Affiliate Commissions

Zenova Single Unit: $1,500 per sale

Zenova Double Units: $2,900 per sale

Zenova Triple Units: $4,300 per sale

Vanova Single Box: $700 per sale

Vanova Double Box: $1,100 per sale

Zenova Floating Platform: $489 per sale

Creator Performance Bonus

Eligible creators may earn an additional performance bonus of up to 3% of gross sale value

Bonus eligibility is determined by:

Content quality

Consistency

Sales performance

Brand alignment

Volume Bonus

+$100 for every 5 completed sales

Other Terms

60-day lifetime cookie

No earnings cap

Monthly payouts

Commissions apply only to completed, paid sales

4. Reservation-Stage Disclosure

Zenova products may be offered in a reservation or pre-order phase.

Creators acknowledge and agree that:

Some promotions may involve $100 non-refundable reservations

Final pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines may evolve

Commission is earned only upon completed full purchase, not reservation alone (unless otherwise stated)

Creators must not misrepresent product readiness, timelines, or guarantees.

5. Tracking & Attribution

Tracking is performed via unique affiliate links and platform analytics

Zenova is the final authority on attribution disputes

Self-referrals are prohibited

Fraudulent activity results in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions

6. Content Guidelines

Creators agree to:

Represent Zenova honestly and accurately

Avoid misleading claims (permits, legal guarantees, timelines, investment returns)

Clearly disclose affiliate relationship where required by law (FTC compliance)

Creators may not:

Use paid ads bidding on Zenova brand keywords without written permission

Impersonate Zenova employees

Offer unauthorized discounts or guarantees

7. Termination

Zenova may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.

Grounds include but are not limited to:

Brand misrepresentation

Inactivity

Fraud or abuse

Failure to comply with these terms

Upon termination:

Tracking links are disabled

Earned but unpaid commissions may be withheld if violations occurred

8. Independent Contractor Relationship

Creators are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Zenova.

Nothing in this agreement creates:

Employment

Equity

Fiduciary duty

Exclusivity

9. Intellectual Property

Zenova trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain Zenova property

Limited, revocable permission is granted for promotional use only

Zenova may reuse creator content for marketing with attribution, unless otherwise agreed

10. Limitation of Liability

Zenova is not responsible for:

Lost income

Missed expectations

Platform outages

Creator business expenses

All participation is at creator’s own risk.

11. Modifications

Zenova may update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Acceptance

By submitting an application or using Zenova affiliate links, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
