Zenova modular lifestyle spaces and Vanova modular camper boxes ship via freight delivery due to their size, weight, and packaging requirements. This Shipping Policy outlines timelines, responsibilities, and important delivery requirements for all Zenova and Vanova products.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order enters production and your final payment is completed, we begin preparing your shipment.
Processing includes:
Final inspection
Labeling
Pallet packaging
Scheduling with the freight carrier
Processing typically requires 7–14 business days, depending on order volume.
2. Shipping Method
All Zenova and Vanova units ship via LTL Freight, using carriers such as:

ABF
Local or regional LTL carriers
Shipments arrive on a large pallet and are delivered curbside.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on destination:
West Coast: 3–7 business days
Central / Mountain: 5–10 business days
East Coast: 7–14 business days
Freight delays outside of Zenova/Vanova’s control may occur.
4. Delivery Appointment
Most carriers will:
Call before arrival
Schedule a delivery window
Require a signature
Customers must be available to receive the shipment.
5. Delivery Requirements
Zenova & Vanova shipments are large and delivered via commercial freight.
Customer must ensure:
Driveway or drop-off area is accessible
Someone is present to receive the pallet
There is space for the pallet to be placed
Liftgate access is available (if required)
If the area is inaccessible, carriers may charge:
Re-delivery fees
Liftgate fees
Storage fees
Address correction fees
These costs are customer responsibility.
6. Inspecting Your Shipment at Delivery (Mandatory)
This step is crucial for freight insurance coverage.
When your shipment arrives:
Inspect the pallet before signing
Look for dents, tears, punctures, crushed corners, or water exposure
Take clear photos of any damage
Write “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt
Accept the package — but do NOT sign clean if damage is visible
Email all photos to us within 48 hours
If damage is NOT documented on the delivery receipt, the carrier may deny the claim.
7. Reporting Damage
All shipping damage must be reported within:
⏳ 48 hours of delivery
Include:
Order number
Photos of pallet and all damaged components
Photo of the shipping label
Description of the damage
Photo of the delivery receipt marked “DAMAGED”
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for coverage.
8. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs depend on:
Distance
Pallet size
Unit type (Zenova vs Vanova)
Freight zone
Access requirements
Shipping is calculated at checkout or during production.
9. Incorrect Address or Delivery Complications
If the shipping address provided is incorrect:
Re-routing
Re-delivery
Return-to-sender fees
…are the customer’s responsibility.
If a carrier cannot deliver due to access issues, additional charges may apply.
10. Shipping Territory
Zenova and Vanova currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping may be added in the future.
