What is the Vanova Camper Box?
The Vanova Camper Box is a modular, plug-and-play system that transforms your cargo van into a fully functional camper within minutes — without permanent modifications. It’s designed for daily-driver vans, work vans, weekend campers, and vanlife beginners who want flexibility and affordability compared to a $110,000+ custom build.
What vans does the Vanova Camper Box fit?
The Vanova Camper Box is designed to fit most standard cargo vans, including Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, Ram ProMaster, and similar full-size models. If your van has a flat cargo area, the Vanova Box will fit.

Do I need tools or installation?
No tools, drilling, or permanent installation is required.
The Vanova Box slides into your van and can be removed just as easily, allowing you to switch between work mode and camper mode anytime.

How do I reserve a Vanova Camper Box?
You can reserve your unit with a $100 non-refundable reservation deposit, which is fully applied toward your purchase price. Refunded only if we cannot build or deliver your unit.
This deposit locks in:

How much does the Vanova Camper Box cost?
Early-Access Pricing:
Single Box: $9,999
Double Box: $18,998
Regular price: $19,998 per unit.
Is the $100 deposit refundable?
No. The $100 reservation deposit is non-refundable It is fully credited toward your final purchase price. Refunded only if we cannot build or deliver your unit.
For a full deposit — fully applied to your purchase. Refunded only if we cannot build or deliver your unit.
This confirms your commitment and secures your spot in the production line.
Do you offer financing?
At this time, Vanova accepts:
$100 reservation deposit
Payment in full when your unit is ready
Financing options may be added in the future.
PAYMENTS & BONUS OFFERS
What is the Pay-In-Full Bonus?
Customers who choose to pay their full order amount upfront will receive a FREE Solar Generator (valued at $1,999).
The generator is delivered or shipped once your Camper Box is completed.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
You pay the remaining balance when your production turn arrives and your build-out begins.
Your reservation deposit is applied toward the total.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
How long does production take?
Typical production time is approximately 45 days from the start of the Build-Out Phase.
This timeline may vary based on supply, logistics, or demand. Vanova will notify you of any changes.
How do I get my Vanova Camper Box once it’s ready?
You can choose:
Option A: Pick up at our warehouse

Option B: Have it shipped to your location
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping rates vary based on location and will be calculated once your unit is ready.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my reservation?
The $100 reservation deposit is non-refundable.
Any payments made after the Build-Out Phase begins also become non-refundable because materials and components are allocated specifically to your build.
What if I change my mind after production begins?
Once production begins, all payments are final and cannot be refunded.

At this time, Vanova offers standardized configurations for maximum affordability and fast production. Customization options may be introduced later.
Can I choose a color?
Yes — your Vanova Box can be customized in any of our six signature colors.
When your build slot is ready, our team will contact you to confirm your final interior and exterior color selection.
WARRANTY & SUPPORT
What is the warranty coverage?
“Our boxes are built to last years, but we include a 3-month warranty for peace of mind during your first season.”

Q: When is the official launch date?
A: Zenova and Vanova are currently in the Early Reservation Phase, which allows early customers to secure priority placement in our production lineup.
During this phase, we collect reservations so we can accurately plan our first production run.
We will notify all reservation holders with:
Your estimated production window,
Your final configuration options,
And your 50% production deposit request
once your unit enters the build queue.
At this time, we are projecting our first production run to begin as soon as we reach our reservation threshold.

1. What is the Zenova Space?
Zenova is a 10×12×10 ft modular lifestyle space you assemble yourself in just a few hours.
It’s perfect for:

2. Do I need a contractor to assemble Zenova?
No. Zenova is designed for DIY assembly.
Most customers finish setup in a few hours using the included instructions.
No special tools required.
3. Does Zenova require a building permit?
No. Zenova is not a permanent structure.
It’s a modular assembled space, making it permit-friendly in most areas.

10. What is the return policy?
Zenova units are custom produced.
If returning after delivery:
Customer pays all return shipping
A 50% restocking & production fee applies
Damage or missing components reduce the refundable portion
Returns must follow our official Return Instructions
11. How long does shipping take?
After production:
Processing/pallet prep: 7–14 business days
Freight shipping:
West Coast: 3–7 days
Central: 5–10 days
East Coast: 7–14 days
Carriers will call to schedule delivery.
12. What should I do when Zenova arrives?
Inspect the delivery before signing:
Check pallet condition
Photograph any damage
Write “DAMAGED” on the carrier receipt if needed
Email photos to us within 48 hours
This protects your coverage.
13. What is included in the 6-month warranty?

16. Can I move or relocate Zenova after assembly?

18. What tools are required for assembly?
Everything needed is included in your kit.
Panels and framing are click-and-lock, no cutting or drilling required.
19. Can Zenova handle year-round outdoor use?
Yes — Zenova uses weather-resistant materials.
However, customers must:
Place it on a level, stable surface
Avoid extreme weather exposure if possible
Ensure proper maintenance
20. How long will my Founder Price stay locked in?
Founder Price is locked as long as:
Your $100 deposit is paid
Your 50% production payment is completed when requested
Failure to complete payments may forfeit Founder Pricing.
