Once a location reaches 15 founding homes, Zenova will finalize land acquisition and move into development planning for that village.

Eric Yim founded Zenova with a simple vision:
To create thoughtfully designed communities where people can enjoy modern living surrounded by nature.
After seeing the growing demand for simpler lifestyles, tiny homes, and nature-focused living, Eric began building the Zenova concept — combining modern tiny homes with peaceful village-style communities near some of America’s most beautiful natural destinations.
Zenova’s mission is to create small, thoughtfully designed villages where residents can enjoy simplicity, nature, and a strong sense of community.
