1. Program Overview

The Zenova & Vanova Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to purchase Zenova modular lifestyle units and Vanova camper boxes through special tracked links.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline policies, payments, responsibilities, and legal protections for both the affiliate and the company.

By joining the Program, affiliates agree to all rules listed below.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Age & Identity

Affiliates must be 18+, and must provide accurate contact, tax, and payment info.

2.2. Approval

Zenova/Vanova reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application.

2.3. Promotion Flexibility

Affiliates may promote the products:

Online

Offline

Through social content

To personal contacts

To email lists (opt-in only)

But must comply with all restrictions listed in Section 7.

3. Commission Structure

🔥 Earn Up to $4,300 Per Referral+Volume Bonus.

commission paid on every completed Zenova &Vanova Box sale.

Single Unit Zenova Commission: $1,500 per sale

Double Units Zenova Commission: $2,900 per sale

TripleUnits Zenova Commission: $4,300 per sale

Single Box Vanova Commission: $700 per sale

Double Box Vanova Commission: $1,100 per sale

Volume Bonus: +$100 for Every 5 Sales

Lifetime cookie: 90 days

Monthly payouts

No cap — unlimited earnings

3.1. Commission Rate

Affiliates earn commission on qualifying Zenova or Vanova sales.

3.2. Commission only applies when ALL conditions are met:

Customer used your unique affiliate link

Customer purchases a fully paid Zenova Space or Vanova Box

Customer completes full payment (not just reservation deposit)

Order is produced, delivered, OR confirmed for production

Payment is successfully processed with no dispute

3.3. Reservation deposits do NOT qualify.

The $100 reservation deposit is not commissionable because it is:

Non-refundable

Not a completed order

Not a committed production payment

3.4. Multiple Purchases

If a customer purchases multiple Zenova or Vanova units, commission applies only to fully paid, completed orders.

4. Cookie & Tracking Policy

4.1. Cookie Duration

Affiliate cookie lasts 90 days.
If the customer buys within 90 days, the affiliate earns credit.

4.2. Last-Click Attribution

If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the most recent (last) affiliate link gets credit.

4.3. Only trackable sales qualify.

Sales must be properly tracked through the Zenova/Vanova affiliate software.

5. Payment Schedule

5.1. Payout Timing

Commissions are paid 30 days after the customer fully pays AND:

Order enters production
OR

Order is delivered/picked up

This prevents fraud, canceled orders, or chargebacks.

5.2. Payment Methods

Monthly payments via:

PayPal

Bank transfer

Other approved payout methods

5.3. Minimum Payout Threshold

Affiliates must earn $500+ before a payout is issued.

All unpaid balances roll over to the next month.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Cancellations

6.1. No commission on refunded or canceled orders.

If a customer cancels or disputes the payment, commissions are voided.

6.2. If commission was already paid:

The amount will be deducted from future payouts.

6.3 Deposit, Pre-Order, and Delayed Payout Policy

Pre-Order and Deposit Tracking

Some customers may choose to reserve a Vanova or Zenova product using only the $100 deposit.
This deposit is credited toward their final purchase and confirms their place in the production queue.

Affiliate Attribution Window (Long-Term Credit)

If an affiliate refers a customer who places a $100 reservation deposit, that affiliate will remain credited to that customer even if the customer completes full payment months later — as long as the final payment is tied to the same original customer account.

Commission Payout Timing

Because our products are built-to-order and require a production window, full customer payment may occur up to 6 months later or at time of delivery.

Affiliates will still earn their full commission when:

The customer they referred completes the final payment.

The order enters “Confirmed & Scheduled for Manufacturing” or “Delivered,” depending on the program tier.

The order is not refunded or canceled.

No Lost Commission

Affiliates will NOT lose commissions due to the delayed-payment model.

If your referral makes a deposit today and pays in full months from now —
you still earn your full commission at that time.

7. Permissible Promotion Methods

Affiliates MAY promote Zenova/Vanova using:

Social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

Personal websites or blogs

Product reviews

Landing pages

Email newsletters to opted-in audiences

Messaging groups (Discord, WhatsApp groups, etc.)

Affiliates MAY NOT:

Bid on branded keywords (“Zenova,” “Vanova,” “WeAreZenova,” etc.) in ads

Pretend to be Zenova/Vanova

Create fake customer service accounts

Offer unauthorized discounts

Misrepresent the product features or capabilities

Spam or send unsolicited messages

Promote the products through illegal, unethical, or misleading tactics

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Usage Rights

Affiliates may use official:

Logos

Photos

Videos

Product descriptions

Approved marketing materials

8.2. No Altering Brand Assets

Brand modifications without written permission are prohibited.

9. Termination

9.1. Company Right

Zenova/Vanova may terminate an affiliate at any time for:

Violating terms

Fraudulent activity

Misleading marketing

Trademark abuse

9.2. Affiliate Right

Affiliates may leave the program anytime by emailing support.

9.3. Final Payouts

After termination, affiliates will still receive valid unpaid commissions earned before termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zenova/Vanova is not responsible for:

Affiliate revenue loss

Website downtime

Tracking or cookie issues caused by customer devices

Marketing expenses

Lost profits

Indirect or consequential damages

Affiliates participate at their own risk.

11. Program Modifications

Zenova/Vanova may update:

Commission rates

Payout schedules

Program rules

Cookie duration

Promotional restrictions

Updates will be posted on the website or sent via email.

Participation after updates = acceptance of new terms.
