By booking or accessing a Zenova Focus studio, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Studio Use Policy

Zenova Focus is a private work and study studio designed for short-term productivity sessions.

The studio is intended for:

• Study
• Remote work
• Virtual meetings
• Interviews
• Quiet professional use

The studio is not intended for:

• Overnight stays
• Parties or gatherings
• Loud music or disruptive behavior
• Commercial filming without approval

2. Booking & Access

• Each booking generates a unique access code.
• Access codes are active only during the reserved time.
• Access expires automatically at the end of your session.
• Access is limited to the registered user.

Sharing access codes is strictly prohibited.

Violation may result in account suspension.

3. Operating Hours

Zenova Focus operates between:

6:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Last access is at 9:00 PM.

If you remain inside beyond your reserved time, additional time may be automatically billed at the standard hourly rate.

4. Occupancy Limits

Maximum occupancy per booking: 2 persons (or your chosen limit).

Exterior security monitoring verifies entry and exit.

Exceeding occupancy limits may result in:

• Immediate booking termination
• Additional fees
• Account suspension

5. Security & Monitoring

There are no cameras inside the studio.

For safety and property protection, an exterior security camera monitors entry and exit only.

By booking, you consent to exterior video monitoring.

6. Power & Internet Disclaimer

Zenova Focus provides power and internet access for standard work use, including:

• Laptop charging
• Phone charging
• Lighting
• Wi-Fi connectivity

Zenova Focus is not responsible for temporary service interruptions due to technical issues, power limitations, or weather conditions.

7. Cleanliness & Care

Users must leave the studio in clean condition.

You agree to:

• Remove all personal belongings
• Dispose of trash properly
• Avoid damage to walls, furniture, or equipment

8. Security Deposit Authorization

A temporary authorization hold may be placed on your payment method at booking.

The hold will be released after your session if no damage or policy violations occur.

If damage or violations occur, charges may be applied to the payment method on file.

9. Damage & Liability

Users are responsible for any damage that occurs during their booking period.

Charges may include:

• Repair costs
• Cleaning fees
• Replacement costs
• Service disruption fees

Zenova Focus is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made:

• More than 12 hours before booking → Full refund
• Less than 12 hours before booking → Non-refundable

No-shows are non-refundable.

Zenova Focus reserves the right to cancel bookings due to safety concerns, maintenance, or operational issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Zenova Focus is located in residential-friendly environments.

Users must:

• Avoid loud music
• Avoid disruptive noise
• Respect surrounding properties

Violation may result in immediate session termination.

13. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities
• Smoking or vaping
• Drug use
• Weapons
• Harassment
• Tampering with equipment

Violations may result in law enforcement notification.

14. Limitation of Liability

By using Zenova Focus, you acknowledge that use of the studio is at your own risk.

Zenova Focus is not liable for:

• Personal injury
• Lost income
• Technical disruptions
• Force majeure events
