1. Reservation Deposit
1.1. Customers may reserve their spot in Vanova’s production queue by placing a $100 non-refundable reservation deposit.
1.2. The $100 reservation deposit is fully credited toward the final purchase price of your Vanova unit.
1.3. Reservation options:
Single Camper Box: $9,999
Double Camper Box Set: $16,999
1.4. The reservation deposit secures your position in the production queue but does not initiate manufacturing.
2. Pay-In-Full Bonus
2.1. Customers who pay their full order amount upfront will receive a FREE solar generator (valued at $1,999).
2.2. The bonus solar generator is shipped or delivered only after the camper box is ready for pickup or shipping.
3. Build-Out Start Notification & Payment Schedule
3.1. When your turn in the production queue arrives, Vanova will notify you via email and/or phone.
3.2. Once notified, your project officially enters the Build-Out Phase.
3.3. At the start of the Build-Out Phase, a 50% production deposit is required.
(This payment becomes non-refundable once production begins.)
3.4. The remaining balance must be fully paid before the unit ships or at the time of pickup.
4. Refund Policy
4.1. The initial $100 reservation deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances but will always be credited toward your final purchase price.
4.2. Once the Build-Out Phase begins:
All payments become non-refundable, including:
The $100 reservation deposit
The 50% build-out deposit
Any additional payments toward the order
4.3. This policy exists because materials, labor, and components are allocated specifically for your custom build once production begins.
5. Production Timeline
5.1. Typical production time from build start to completion is approximately 45 days.
5.2. Production timelines may vary due to supply, logistics, customization, or other factors. Vanova will provide updates if delays occur.
6. Shipping, Pickup & Delivery
6.1. Customers may choose to:

OR
Pay for shipping to their location.
6.2. Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated once the unit is ready.
6.3. Final payment must be completed before the unit is released for shipping or pickup.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1. Customers must provide accurate contact information, including email and phone number.
7.2. Customers must respond promptly when notified that their build-out is beginning.
7.3. Failure to complete required payments may delay production or result in forfeiture of the reservation.
8. Warranty & Disclaimer
8.1. Vanova provides a product warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Full warranty terms will be supplied upon delivery.
8.2. Vanova is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, natural events, or other factors outside our control.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By placing a reservation deposit or making any payment toward a Vanova camper box, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Terms and Conditions listed above.

Welcome to Zenova. By placing a reservation, purchasing a Zenova product, or using our website (www.WeAreZenova.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Overview
Zenova creates modular lifestyle spaces designed for personal use such as fitness, meditation, creative work, hobbies, and storage. Zenova units are not classified as permanent buildings or living structures. All purchases, reservations, and interactions with Zenova are governed by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Reservation Deposit
A $100 reservation deposit is required to secure Founder Pricing and your position in the production queue.
The $100 deposit is non-refundable, but is fully credited toward your final purchase price.
A reservation does not guarantee delivery timelines until your order enters production.
3. Payment Schedule
A. Reservation Deposit
$100 non-refundable deposit (applied to final price).
B. Production Payment (50% Down)
Once your reservation is ready to be moved into processing:
You will receive a payment request for 50% of the unit price.
This payment moves your order into active production.
The 50% production payment is non-refundable once production begins.
C. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due before shipping your Zenova unit.
Orders will not ship until all payments have been completed.
4. Pricing & Founder Program
Founder Pricing is limited to 50 customers. After the Founder Stage closes, all units revert to standard retail pricing.
Zenova reserves the right to adjust pricing for new orders at any time.
5. Cancellations
Before Production Begins:
You may cancel at any time before production begins.
The $100 reservation deposit is non-refundable.
After Production Begins:
Once your 50% production payment has been made, this amount becomes non-refundable, as components and materials are allocated to your order.
6. Returns & Refunds
Zenova units are custom-produced. For this reason:

Customers may return their Zenova unit only after receiving it, subject to the following conditions:
B. Return Requirements
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging and freight.
A 50% restocking & production fee is deducted from the purchase price.
Units must be returned in good, undamaged condition.
Any missing or damaged parts (panels, frame, windows, hardware) will be deducted from the refundable portion.
C. Damage During Return
Zenova is not responsible for units damaged during return shipping.
Customers are encouraged to insure their shipment.
7. Warranty
Included Warranty
Zenova includes a 6-month limited warranty covering:
aluminum frame defects
structural panel defects
manufacturing defects
hardware issues
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
misuse
improper assembly
weather damage
accidents
cosmetic blemishes
unauthorized modifications
Extended Warranty Plan
Customers may purchase an extended protection plan for $199 per month, which includes part replacement during active coverage.
Extended warranty terms will be provided separately at checkout.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines vary based on production capacity and demand.
Founder Stage customers receive priority processing.
Final payment must be completed before shipping.
Zenova is not responsible for shipping delays once the carrier has taken possession of the shipment.
Customer must inspect the shipment at delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours.
9. Assembly & Installation
Zenova is designed for customer assembly.
No contractor is required.
Zenova is not liable for assembly errors, personal injury during assembly, or damage caused by incorrect installation.
10. Use of the Product
Zenova units are intended for:
fitness
yoga
meditation
creative work
storage
hobbies
personal wellness
non-habitable use
Zenova units are not designed or sold as living structures or sleep-in buildings. Customers are solely responsible for local compliance regarding usage.
11. Modifications
Any modifications, alterations, or drilling into the structure may void the warranty.
Zenova is not liable for damage caused by customer modifications.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
Zenova is not responsible for property damage, personal injury, or loss resulting from improper use or assembly.
Zenova’s liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product.
13. Privacy Policy
Zenova collects basic customer information to fulfill orders.
