🌐 ZENOVA – REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Zenova. Our products are custom-produced modular lifestyle spaces, and we take great care to ensure every unit is crafted to your specifications.

To keep our production fair, transparent, and efficient, the following Refund Policy applies to all reservations and purchases.

1. Reservation Deposit – Non-Refundable

The $100 reservation deposit is non-refundable.
This deposit is used to:

Secure your Founder Price

Lock your position in the production queue

Allocate early production planning

Reserve your materials and components

Your $100 deposit is fully credited toward the total purchase price. Refunded only if we cannot build or deliver your unit.

For full deposit — fully applied to your purchase. Refunded only if we cannot build or deliver your unit.

2. 50% Production Payment – Non-Refundable Once Production Begins

Once your order enters processing, you will be required to pay 50% of the product price.

This payment:

Confirms your order

Triggers material allocation

Moves your unit into active production

This 50% payment becomes non-refundable once production has started, as materials, panels, and framing components are made specifically for your unit.

3. Final Payment – Due Before Shipping

The remaining balance is due before your Zenova unit is shipped.

Once the final payment is made and shipping is initiated, the order becomes final and is no longer eligible for cancellation.

4. Order Cancellations

Before Production Begins:

You may cancel anytime before the 50% production payment is made.
Your $100 reservation deposit is
non-refundable, but you will not owe additional charges.

After Production Begins:

Once you have paid the 50% production payment, and production has started:

The 50% payment is non-refundable

The $100 deposit is non-refundable

You may still cancel, but no payments made up to that point will be returned.

5. Returns After Delivery

Because Zenova units are custom-built, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

A. Return Eligibility

Returned units must be:

Unused

Undamaged

Complete with all panels, frame pieces, hardware, and accessories

B. Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for:

All return shipping costs

Proper packaging

Freight carrier arrangements

Insurance for the shipment (highly recommended)

Zenova does not cover return shipping under any circumstance.

C. Restocking Fee

A 50% restocking & production fee will be deducted from the product price.

This fee covers:

Production costs

Material allocation

Labor preparation

Custom component fabrication

D. Damage Fees

If any part is damaged, missing, or altered, the cost of the part will be deducted from the refundable portion.

This includes:

Panels

Window units

Frame pieces

Connectors

Hardware

Any structural components

Zenova reserves the right to assess and determine damage costs upon inspection.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Units showing signs of assembly or attempted assembly

Modified or altered components

Personalized or custom-ordered configurations

Extended warranties (after activation)

7. Refund Processing Time

If a return is approved and processed:

Refunds are typically issued within 14–21 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping and damage fees will be deducted before the refund is released

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery.
Any damages must be reported within
48 hours with photos to qualify for a damage claim.

Damage caused during return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback for non-refundable portions of the order violates this policy.
Zenova will provide full documentation to the payment provider to dispute chargebacks related to:

Non-refundable deposits

Production-phase payments

Custom production materials

Refunds reduced by damage fees

Vanova Return Policy

🚐 VANOVA – RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Vanova. Our modular camper boxes are custom-produced for each customer. To ensure fairness, clarity, and consistent production standards, the following Return Policy applies to all Vanova reservations and purchases.


1. Reservation Deposit – Non-Refundable

The $100 reservation deposit is non-refundable.

This deposit:

Secures your Founder Price

Locks your place in the Vanova production queue

Allows us to begin early planning and material allocation

Your $100 deposit is fully credited toward the total purchase price.


2. 50% Production Payment – Non-Refundable Once Production Begins

When your Vanova order is ready to enter production, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the unit price.

Once paid, this amount:

Confirms your order

Triggers material allocation (wood, composite, hardware, rails, hinges, etc.)

Schedules your unit for active production

This 50% payment becomes non-refundable once production begins.
Vanova units are custom built, cut, and assembled specifically for your order.


3. Final Payment – Due Before Shipping

Your remaining balance is due before your Vanova unit is shipped.

Once final payment has been made and freight shipping is initiated, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled.


4. Order Cancellations

Before Production Begins:

You may cancel your order at any time before paying the 50% production payment.
Your $100 deposit remains non-refundable.
No other payment is due.

After Production Begins:

Once production starts:

The $100 deposit is non-refundable

The 50% production payment is non-refundable

You may still cancel, but no payments up to that point will be returned

No cancellations are allowed after final payment.


5. Returns After Delivery

Vanova units are custom-built, but we accept returns under the following strict conditions:

A. Return Eligibility

To qualify, the Vanova unit must be:

Unused

Undamaged

Free of scratches, dents, cracks, or travel marks

Complete with all drawers, hardware, bolts, hinges, brackets, and interior components

Not installed into the van

Not exposed to water, moisture, or chemicals

B. Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for:

All return shipping costs

Proper palletizing and packaging

Structural protection for drawers and internal components

Freight carrier booking

Shipping insurance (highly recommended)

Vanova does not cover or reimburse return shipping.

C. Restocking Fee

A 50% restocking & production fee applies to all returned Vanova units.
This fee covers:

Material cutting

Component preparation

Fixture and hardware allocation

Production labor

Quality control hours

Custom assembly time

D. Damage Fees

If any component is damaged or missing, its replacement cost will be deducted from the refundable portion.

This includes:

Drawers

Drawer slides

Hinges

Cabinet surfaces

Composite paneling

Interior structure

Connectors or brackets

Hardware sets

Face plates

Vanova reserves the right to assess damage costs upon inspection.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Units that show signs of installation or attempted installation

Units that have been used inside a vehicle

Units damaged from travel, vibration, or unsecured movement

Modified, drilled, cut, or altered boxes

Custom configurations or special-order components

Activated extended warranties


7. Refund Processing Time

If your return is approved:

Refunds are issued within 14–21 business days

Refunds go back to your original form of payment

The 50% restocking fee and any damage or missing parts fees will be deducted


8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Upon delivery, customers must:

Inspect the pallet before signing

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt

Take photos of all damage

Email photos within 48 hours to qualify for a freight claim

Damage occurring during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Chargebacks filed for non-refundable portions of the order violate this policy.

Vanova will provide documentation to the payment processor to dispute chargebacks related to:

Non-refundable $100 deposits

Non-refundable production payments

Custom production costs

Freight or shipping charges

Refund deductions from damage or missing components
