This reservation secures your opportunity to participate in a Zenova Focus Mini Study Pod or Garden Study Studio — a modern productivity space designed for quiet focus, study, and remote work.

Zenova Focus pods operate inside study centers near university campuses, where students and professionals reserve private workspaces for deep focus.

Participants receive revenue participation from pod usage, with total payouts of up to 2× the original participation amount.

Your reservation places you in the early access queue before public release.

You may reserve your pod with a $300 deposit or choose full payment depending on the package selected.

Available options:

• $5,000 — Mini Study 10 Pods Founder Entry” (LIMITED) 70% until capital returned 25% after
• $7,500 — Standard Pod 70% until capital returned 30% after
• $14,999 — Garden Study Studio 70% until capital returned 30% after

If you reserve with a deposit only, the remaining balance will be invoiced when your unit is scheduled to enter production.
