Zenova modular lifestyle spaces are engineered with high-quality materials designed for durability and long-term use. This Warranty Policy explains what is included, what is excluded, and how to file a claim.

1. Standard Warranty (Included – 6 Months)

Every Zenova Space includes a 6-month limited warranty covering:

Covered Under Warranty:

Manufacturing defects

Panel defects (warping, cracking under normal use)

Aluminum frame defects

Hardware defects (locks, connectors, brackets, fasteners)

Missing or damaged parts reported within 48 hours of delivery

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

Not Covered:

Damage caused during customer assembly

Damage caused by improper installation or uneven surface

Weather-related damage (wind, snow loads, storms, water intrusion)

Cosmetic scratches, dents, or wear after assembly

Structural failure due to incorrect setup

Damage from modifications or drilling

Mold, mildew, or humidity exposure

Natural fading due to sun exposure

Damage caused by anchoring the unit improperly

Panels or windows damaged by customer relocation

Accidental impact (tools, rocks, yard equipment, etc.)

Damage during return shipping

Use as a sleep-in unit, office building, or prohibited compressed structure

Zenova is a modular lifestyle space, not a certified living space.

3. Extended Protection Plan (Optional)

Customers can purchase the Zenova Extended Coverage Plan for $199/month.

Extended Plan Covers:

Replacement panels

Replacement windows

Replacement connectors or frame components

Hardware replacements

Priority support

Expedited shipping for parts

Coverage begins once payment is active.

4. Warranty Claim Requirements

To request warranty service, customers must:

Provide valid proof of purchase

Submit clear photo/video documentation of the issue

Describe how the issue occurred

Confirm assembly was performed correctly

Contact Zenova within: 48 hours for delivery damage 6 months for standard warranty claims

7. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty is void if:

The unit has been modified or altered

Customer used drills, screws, or unapproved tools

Panels were cut, repainted, glued, or sealed

Damage occurred due to severe weather

Unit was placed on an uneven or unstable surface

Unauthorized repair attempts were made

The structure was used as a living/sleeping building

1. Standard Warranty (Included – 6 Months)

Every Vanova unit includes a 6-month limited warranty covering:

Covered Under Warranty:

Manufacturing defects

Structural frame defects

Drawer slide or hinge defects

Hardware defects (bolts, hinges, latches, connectors)

Surface defects present at delivery

Missing or damaged components reported within 48 hours of delivery

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.


2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

Not Covered:

Damage caused during installation into your vehicle

Damage from improper loading or securing inside the van

Scratches, dents, scuffs, or cosmetic blemishes after delivery

Damage from dropping, dragging, or mishandling the unit

Water, moisture, or weather exposure

Damage from using the unit for unintended purposes

Wear and tear from regular use (scratches, marks, rubbing, etc.)

Damage from drilling, modifying, cutting, or altering the box

Issues caused by heavy or unsecured cargo impacting the unit

Breakage of accessories due to customer overloading

Damage caused by failing to secure the unit during driving

Accidents, collisions, or sudden physical impact

Damage caused by chemical cleaners not approved for composite surfaces

Damage occurring during return shipping

Any commercial, rental, or fleet use

Vanova boxes are designed for organized travel use, not as permanent cabinetry or heavy-duty shop equipment.


3. Extended Protection Plan (Optional)

Customers may purchase the Vanova Extended Protection Plan for $199/month.

Extended Plan Covers:

Replacement drawer slides

Replacement hinges or hardware

Replacement interior components

Surface panel replacement

Structural component replacement

Priority support

Expedited shipping on replacement parts

Coverage begins once your plan is active.
Extended protection does not cover misuse or modification.


4. Warranty Claim Requirements

To file a warranty claim, the customer must:

Provide valid proof of purchase

Submit photos/videos clearly showing the issue

Describe how and when the issue occurred

Confirm the product was installed properly

Confirm the unit has not been modified, drilled, or altered

Contact Vanova within:

48 hours for shipping damage

6 months for standard warranty claims

The unit was modified, drilled, cut, or altered

Damage occurred during improper installation

The box was overloaded or misused

Chemicals or unapproved cleaners damaged the materials

The unit was used for unintended commercial or rental use

Damage occurred due to unsecured cargo hitting the unit

The unit was exposed to water, flooding, or moisture

Unauthorized repair attempts were made

Damage occurred due to not securing the unit during travel

The unit was damaged during customer transport or return shipping
