📦 RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Last updated: (Nov/15/2025)

If you need to return your Zenova or Vanova product, please follow the instructions below carefully.
Because both units ship via freight and contain custom components, proper return handling is
required to avoid damage fees and loss of refundable amounts.

Returns that do not follow these instructions may result in additional charges.

🟦 SECTION 1 — GENERAL RETURN REQUIREMENTS (APPLIES TO BOTH ZENOVA & VANOVA)

Before returning your product, please make sure:

✔️ You have contacted support

Email [email protected] to obtain:

Your Return Authorization Number (RA#)

The correct return address

Packaging instructions

Freight carrier guidelines

Returns without an RA# cannot be processed.

✔️ You understand the return fees

As stated in the Return Policy:

50% restocking & production fee applies

Customer pays all return shipping costs

Customer is responsible for any return damage

Returned units must include all parts, hardware, panels, and accessories

✔️ You return within the eligible window

Confirm with support that your order qualifies for return under the Return Policy timeline.

🟩 SECTION 2 — RETURNING A ZENOVA SPACE (Step-by-Step)

Zenova units are large modular spaces containing panels, windows, and aluminum framing. Please follow these steps carefully:

STEP 1 — Disassemble the Zenova Structure

Take the room apart slowly and safely:

Remove window panels

Remove wall panels

Disconnect the aluminum framing

Organize all parts in separate stacks

Keep hardware (screws, connectors, brackets) in sealed bags

Missing or damaged components will incur deductions.

STEP 2 — Inspect All Components

Before packing:

Check panels for cracks or dents

Check windows for scratches or chips

Check frame sections for bends

Check connectors and hardware

If ANY damage exists, take photos before packing.

STEP 3 — Prepare the Return Pallet

Zenova must be returned on a secure, reinforced pallet.

Use a sturdy pallet large enough for the panels

Lay panels flat to avoid bending

Do NOT stand panels upright

Add protective foam or cardboard between each panel

Wrap the entire pallet in multiple layers of stretch wrap

Protect corners with edge guards

Strap the pallet with ratchet straps for stability

Improper packaging is the #1 cause of deductible damage fees.

STEP 4 — Arrange Freight Shipping

You must use a freight carrier capable of handling large palletized shipments.

Options include:

FedEx Freight

UPS Freight

Old Dominion

XPO Logistics

ABF

Local LTL carrier

We strongly recommend:

purchasing shipping insurance

choosing "liftgate service" if needed

Zenova does not cover return shipping costs.

STEP 5 — Provide Tracking to Support

Send the freight tracking number and carrier name to:

📧 [email protected]

This ensures your return is logged and inspected upon arrival.

STEP 6 — Inspection & Refund Processing

When your return arrives:

Zenova inspects all components

Damage fees (if any) are deducted

The 50% non-refundable portion is retained

Any remaining amount is refunded within 14–21 business days

🟫 SECTION 3 — RETURNING A VANOVA CAMPER BOX (Step-by-Step)
