The Zenova & Vanova Founder Program (“Program”) offers exclusive early pricing, limited availability, and priority benefits for early-stage customers. By reserving a spot in the Program, you agree to the following Terms.

These Terms apply to all Zenova and Vanova reservations made during the launch period.

1. Overview of the Founder Program

The Founder Program provides:

Exclusive Founder Pricing

Early production priority

Early shipping priority

Priority customer support

Limited availability

A secured reservation spot with a deposit

Founder Program benefits apply to both Zenova modular spaces and Vanova modular camper boxes, unless stated otherwise.

2. Founder Program Capacity

The initial Founder Program is limited to 50 participants (“Founder Tier”).

If demand exceeds 50 reservations:

The Company may open an additional Early Access Tier, which may include:

Different pricing

Different production priority

Different benefits

This ensures fairness while maintaining the value of the original Founder Tier.

3. Reservation Deposit

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a Founder Program spot.

The deposit:

Is non-refundable

Is credited toward the final purchase price

Holds your position in the production queue

Reservations do not guarantee a production start date or delivery date until all payment milestones are completed.

4. Payment Schedule

A. Reservation Deposit

$100 non-refundable deposit paid at reservation.

B. 50% Production Payment

Due when your Zenova or Vanova order is ready to enter production.
Once production begins, this payment becomes non-refundable.

C. Final Payment

Remaining balance is due before shipping your product.
Freight shipping will not be scheduled until the final payment is completed.

5. Founder Pricing

Founder Pricing applies only to customers within the first Founder Tier.

Pricing is locked only when:

The $100 deposit is paid, and

The 50% production payment is completed at the time your order enters production

Customers who fail to complete required payments may lose access to Founder Pricing.

The Company may adjust pricing for future customers at any time.

6. Benefits of the Founder Program

Founder Tier (First 50 Customers)

Lowest Founder Pricing

Earliest production wave

Earliest shipping priority

Priority customer support

Early product updates and announcements

Early Access Tier (If Opened)

If a second tier is launched, it may include:

Early Access pricing (not as low as Founder Tier)

Production after the Founder Tier

Standard customer support

Limited availability

Early Access participants do not receive all Founder Tier perks.

7. Cancellation Policy

Before Production Begins

You may cancel anytime prior to paying the 50% production payment.
The $100 deposit is non-refundable.

After Production Begins

Once production starts:

The 50% production payment becomes non-refundable

The $100 deposit remains non-refundable

No cancellations are allowed once the final payment is made

8. Returns

All Zenova and Vanova returns must follow the official Return Policy.

Key requirements:

Customer pays all return shipping

A 50% restocking/production fee applies

Returned units must be undamaged and complete

Missing or damaged components reduce the refundable portion

Returns must follow the official Return Instructions

9. Delivery & Shipping

Founder Program participation includes priority production but does not guarantee specific delivery dates.

Shipping is:

Scheduled only after final payment

Subject to freight carrier availability

Subject to delays outside the Company’s control (weather, carrier issues, etc.)

10. Product Availability

Founder Program spots are strictly limited.

If Founder Tier sells out, additional customers may be:

Placed into the Early Access Tier

Placed into later production waves at standard pricing

The Company has sole discretion over expanding or closing the Program.

11. Modifications to the Founder Program

The Company may:

Modify benefits

Adjust pricing

Change production schedules

Expand tiers

Update these terms

…at any time before a customer’s production payment is made.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.

12. Limitation of Liability

Zenova and Vanova are not liable for:

Delays in production or shipping

Freight issues or damage caused by carriers

Supply chain limitations

Website errors or technical issues

Changes in material availability

Any incidental or consequential damages

Participation in the Founder Program is voluntary and subject to these Terms.
