These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Founder Reservations made with Zenova Retreats (“Zenova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing a Founder Reservation, you agree to the following terms.

1. Founder Reservation Overview

A Zenova Retreats Founder Reservation is an early access reservation, not a booking for specific dates or accommodations.

Founder Reservations are intended to:

Indicate interest in specific Zenova Retreat locations

Provide priority booking access when retreats open

Grant access to Founder-only pricing prior to public availability

No stay dates, unit assignments, or availability are guaranteed at the time of reservation.

2. Reservation Fee

The Founder Reservation fee is $99 USD, charged as a one-time payment at checkout.

This fee is not a deposit for a confirmed stay.

Founder Reservations are limited and may be closed at any time.

3. Location Preferences

Founder location selections are preferences only.

Final retreat locations are selected based on demand, feasibility, permitting, and site conditions.

Zenova does not guarantee that a retreat will be built at every listed location.

4. Development & Launch Timeline

Zenova Retreats are developed intentionally and on a location-by-location basis.

A retreat location may move forward once sufficient Founder interest is reached.

Estimated development timelines may vary based on permitting, site readiness, and local regulations.

Zenova makes no guarantee of specific launch dates.

5. Refund Policy

If a selected retreat location does not move forward within approximately 6–9 months from the date of your Founder Reservation:

Your $99 Founder Reservation fee is fully refundable upon request.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Founder Pricing & Booking Access

Founder Reservations provide priority booking access before retreats are offered publicly.

Founder pricing is offered at a discounted rate relative to expected standard nightly pricing.

Final nightly rates, availability, and minimum stay requirements are determined at the time of booking.

Founder pricing does not guarantee availability for specific dates.

7. Design Renderings & Final Product

Images displayed on the Zenova Retreats website and marketing materials may include design renderings.

Final retreat designs, layouts, furnishings, and surroundings may vary by location.

Zenova reserves the right to make design and site adjustments as needed.

8. Transferability

Founder Reservations are non-transferable without written approval from Zenova.

Zenova reserves the right to limit or revoke Founder access in cases of misuse or fraud.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Zenova Retreats shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to Founder Reservations.

Zenova’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Founder Reservation.

10. Modifications to Terms

Zenova Retreats may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on our website.

Continued participation as a Founder constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], without regard to conflict of law principles.
